1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bodhankar Events LLP website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. About Our Services

Bodhankar Events LLP provides event planning, event consultation, wedding planning, destination weddings, corporate conferences, medical conference management, hospitality management, venue management, production, décor coordination, logistics, vendor coordination, technical event solutions, and related consultancy services.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change if project requirements change.
Any additional services requested after proposal approval shall be charged separately.
Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information.
Provide timely approvals.
Obtain all required permissions unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Make payments as per agreed milestones.
Ensure guest conduct complies with applicable laws.

5. Vendor Services

Where third-party vendors are engaged:

Bodhankar Events LLP coordinates the services.
Vendor warranties remain the responsibility of respective vendors.
We are not liable for vendor delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, presentations, layouts, creative designs, proposals, graphics, photographs, videos, documents, and website content remain the intellectual property of Bodhankar Events LLP unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Political disturbances
War
Venue closures
Extreme weather
Strikes
Transportation disruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the affected services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation charges shall apply as per the signed proposal or agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

REFUND POLICY

Booking Amount

Booking advances are generally non-refundable, as planning, vendor blocking, and resource allocation begin immediately after confirmation.

Cancellation by Client

Refunds, if applicable, shall depend upon:

Stage of planning
Vendor commitments
Payments already released
Non-recoverable expenses

Cancellation by Bodhankar Events LLP

If Bodhankar Events LLP is unable to provide services due to reasons solely attributable to us, a suitable refund or alternative arrangement shall be offered.

Third-Party Vendor Payments

Payments already made to hotels, venues, decorators, artists, caterers, transport providers, or other vendors shall be governed by their individual cancellation policies.

Event Postponement

Where possible, booking amounts may be adjusted toward a rescheduled event, subject to vendor availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.

PAYMENT TERMS

Booking Confirmation

Projects commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Standard Payment Schedule

30% Advance – Booking Confirmation
40% Before commencement of execution / vendor confirmation
20% Before the event date
10% Within 3 days after successful completion of the event

The payment schedule may vary depending on the project and will be specified in the proposal or agreement.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
UPI
Credit/Debit Card
Online Payment Gateway
Cheque (subject to realization)

Taxes

All applicable GST and statutory taxes shall be charged separately unless specifically mentioned as inclusive.

Late Payments

Delayed payments may:

Attract interest as specified in the service agreement.
Delay event execution.
Result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Additional Work

Any work outside the approved scope shall be billed separately and payable before execution unless otherwise agreed.

Invoice

Tax invoices shall be issued in accordance with applicable GST regulations.
